On the Same Page in Shawnee County is a county-wide reading program inviting everyone to read the same book and share their reading experience with others.

The program encourages citizens to connect with a book and with each other through book discussions, movies, and programs related to the selected book.

Special programs and events are scheduled in February. Check out what’s happening at your library and in your community during this reading celebration!

Interested in having a book discussion with friends but don’t want to lead the discussion? Librarians or other members of the On the Same Page committee will be happy to facilitate your book discussion or provide tips about how to lead a book group. Need a place to host a book discussion, Hastings has offered their Hardback Cafe as a potential meeting place for any/all book discussion groups during February.
